. It is a small eight-week study that requires nothing else but you, your spouse and the book. No notebooks, no papers. It is designed to do 5 times a week for 8 weeks. It is very doable. Each devotion starts with a scripture followed by a short (and I mean short!) study, an ending scripture and a prayer. It doesn't have to take any longer than 5 minutes, but it could also springboard conversation and reflection that can last as long as you would like. The devotional is actually based off of the book Love & War 
written by John & Stasi Eldredge and that would be a great thing to read together before you do the devotional, but it is not necessary. The devotional is only $10 on Amazon (link above) and the book is $15.I received a copy of this book from Waterbrook Multnomah.
