Swagbucks: Help Japan

What are Swagbucks: They are points that you rack up and then you redeem them for gift cards, prizes, ALL sort of stuff. 450 swagbucks are equal to a $5 Amazon gift card for example.

1. First way to earn is by searching. Instead of Google, use Swagbucks.com. Download the Swagbucks toolbar so you can always search right from there instead of going to swagbucks.com
a.) search everything i.e. yahoo mail, eccc.us, etc. You will earn SBs by searching several times per day
b) Also by having the toolbar and leaving a browser window open at night, you will have 1-3 swagbucks awarded in the morning when you wake up every single day.

2. On the top of Swagbucks.com. Click on Ways to earn and then special offers. On the right hand side, click on no obligation offers. Click skip or next offer on each offer through 1-5 offers and be awarded 1 swagbuck every day. There are also special offers that require you to do something or are trial things. Like Netflix, sign up and get 750 SBs or directTV or get a free auto insurance quote-all award you SBs

3. Also, every day, you can click on Ways to Earn and then click on Daily Polls to take the poll and earn 1 swagbuck.

4. Also, every day, you can click on Ways to Earn and click on Trusted Surveys to win 1 swagbuck. ALSO, if you actually the take surveys, you can earn swagbucks too!

5. Buy things through SB and get SBs. Anything you could imagine-buy thru “Shop and Earn” and get 2 swagbucks for every $1 you spend. Buy something for $50, you get 100 SBs.

6. Codes-this is the most elusive, but fun too. First become a friend of swagbucks on Facebook-they sometimes give out codes on FB. Codes are always time sensitive so that is why they are hard. They will come out and say enter “???” by 4 PM Pacific (7 PM eastern) and get 9 swagbucks. So you enter the code onto the swagbucks.com right hand side and click gimme to get the SBs. Sometimes the codes are on the swagbucks blog, sometimes they are on twitter and lots of times they are on the toolbar where there is a little envelope and it says From TSG (the Swag Guy) He will send you a little code through there so if you ever notice that it goes from 0 to 1 or 2, click on it and see if you can grab the code. I will try to email you guys when codes are out if I get them.

a) You can check the widget on the very bottom of my blog to see if there are swag codes out and it will tell you the location of the code or it will say “no code available at this time”

7. Referrals. Click on Promote. Click on Promote Banners and it will give you your own personal referral link- …so you can just copy and paste your referral link to friends with an explanation of what Swagbucks is

Swagbucks: Summer of Swag

See my earlier post on Swagbucks Winning Moments Week. The amount of times they are letting people win has really doubled this week plus if you sign up now, you will get 50 instead of 30 swagbucks to start you off! Here's how.

Also, this week, I was getting a lot of questions on the ins and outs of Swagbucks. So, I made up a little info page with 6 ways to earn on Swagbucks. I hope it will be helpful to you! It is nowhere near gramatically correct, so don't judge me. I was just typing out my thoughts really quickly! :) lol

Swagbucks Guide:

5. NEW** Just came out yesterday (May 6th) daily polls. Go to that link (or on swagbucks home page on the left hand side, go to daily polls. it is also under ways to earn on the top) and take a one click poll and win anywhere from 1-5 every day.

6. Referrals. Promote. Invite Friends and Earn. Or go to Promote. Promote Banners and it will give you a referral link-sometimes the invite friends email doesn’t go through…so you can just copy and paste your referral link with an explanation of what SB is.

* Search the web using swagbucks.com (or their toolbar that is super easy to download). As you search, you will find/earn swagbucks.

* Refer friends.

* Find Swagbucks codes on their swagbucks blog, their facebook page and you can check my widget at the very bottom of my blog for codes at any time. Also, you can find codes in the swagbucks toolbar, which is why I highly recommend it.

* Ask me for help if you don't get it. Comment or email me or facebook me and I promise I will help you as much as I can. It seems confusing, but it really isn't.

I waited a longggg time to finally jump on board on the swagbucks train, but now that I have been doing it for a couple months, I wish I would have started earlier. I have already submitted for $50 in Amazon gift cards and am almost ready to go for $50 more which makes me halfway to my goal of an x-box 360 for Matt! You can also redeem for paypal money, gas cards, really anything you can think of!

Let me say that the main way you earn swagbucks is by just searching the web (just like Google-but use swagbucks.com). But, they add an element of fun by putting "codes" out there at random times. There is one code out there right NOW (find it at that link) that expires by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. BUT there are going to be 2 more today! Check it out-it's fun!

Swagbucks Testimony

Just the title of this post is cracking me up, but seriously. This is pretty awesome. My friend Heather, who gave me full permission to share her testimony, saw my post on swagbucks the other day (if you missed it-go HERE) and signed up! Well, she decided to take advantage of the special offers (i.e. signing up for netflix, magazines, etc.) to earn some quick swagbucks and so this is what she did:

"So today I have made 11,540 by ordering Directv and also web searches. We have no cable but use Netflix. Lately I have been ordering bunches of Disney and kid movies. I saw Directv has Disney and Animal Plant for $29.99 a month no start up costs or deposits and I am just canceling my Netflix. The whole thing only added $10 to my monthly budget but now I can trade in my swagbucks for $100 at Amazon. I order lots of things on there including gluten free products so in my eyes I will break even for 10 months ($100 divided by $10 I pay out each month) LOL. That is my swagbucks testimony lol, thanks for letting me know about it. -Heather"

So, today is Mega Swagbucks Day. They have this every Friday and will award higher value bucks for searches....30, 40, 50, even 100!!! So, sign up here, do some extra searching and earn some bucks to get some free stuff!

Swagbucks

One of my new favorite things...Swagbucks! I had heard and read about Swagbucks for over a year before I finally signed up. I have now been using it for several months. It took me so long because I didn't understand what it was. I so wish I would have done it a year ago!!!

Swagbucks is simply a search engine. Instead of going to google.com or yahoo.com to search for something, go to swagbucks.com and search there. Every time you search, there is a chance to earn "swagbucks" which are points (digital dollars) that you can eventually redeem for prizes, i.e. gift cards (Amazon.com is a favorite one), clothes, video games, video game consoles, the list goes on and on (Matt wants me to earn enough to get him an X-Box whereas I want to save mine and redeem for Starbucks gift cards...we'll see who wins that discussion...haha!)

So, all you do is sign up and start searching! I use swagbucks search for everything. I never use my favorites to go directly to a website anymore because there is always a chance to earn swagbucks instead by searching for it!!

Here are tips to earn extra swag bucks:

1. Install the toolbar

2. Search everything. Even if you already know the web address i.e. yahoo mail

3. Check My widget for codes on the bottom of my blog (see below for a more detailed explanation)

4. Shop through them

5. Trade in old phones (I am going to do this and possibly get 550 swagbucks if Matt lets me trade it in vs. trying to sell it on ebay!)

6. Check my blog!

There are lots of other ways to earn which are clearly stated at swagbucks.com in "ways to earn". It is so user friendly and fun!! If you are going to be searching anyway, why not get free "swag" while you're at it?!?

Also, on the bottom of my blog, there is something called a "widget". I have no idea what that means, but I do know that if you click on "codes", there will be swag codes in there sometimes that you enter onto swagbucks "enter your swag code" on the main page for extra swagbucks! Check the widget whenever you are on my blog and maybe there will be a code available. If you have any questions at all, I will do my best to answer them!!
