CVS + Sears= AWESOME!

I am going to show how CVS + Sears are going to combine to make for one awesome deal. Here we go.

This week (starting today and ending Saturday, June 19th-the day before Father's Day), CVS has a deal where you buy $50 worth of Sears gift cards and you get $10 back in ECBs (Extra Care Bucks-basically CVS cash). Which is a great deal in and of itself. But wait...

Go spend the $50 at Sears on men's apparel and submit for the mail-in-rebate of $50 in "Come Back Cash" from Sears. Print the rebate form HERE. Your purchases have to be made between 6/11/2010 – 6/20/2010. Rebate must by post marked by 7/20/2010. This is PERFECT for Father's Day gifts.

So, you spend $50 at CVS, get $10 back to spend later. Go use your gift card at Sears, submit the rebate and get another $50 FREE to spend at Sears before the end of September. $100 of clothing for $40 basically. Is this not a good deal?!? I am leaving right now to go do it. Seriously. If you have any questions, let me know! :)

Fine print info: Limit one rebate per customer or email address. Excludes Lands’ End items. Come Back Cash will expired on 9/30/2010 and must be used on Men’s Apparel.

CVS: HOT Huggies deal upcoming!

Good news on 2 fronts! The $3/1 Huggies coupon has reset at coupons.com so you can print 2 more. Also, there are 30+ other coupons that are either new or reset from before. So, head on over and make sure you get all the coupons you want/need.

It would be especially good to have that $3 Huggies coupon because starting June 20th, at CVS, the Big Box of Huggies diapers will be $19.99 with $10 Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) back! That is unprecedented. You will usually either get NO ECBs back for diapers or just a piddly $1 or $2 ECBs. This is $10!!! Also, the coupon printer found at the front of every CVS store has been printing $3 CRTs (CVS coupons) and you can combine the two.

So, essentially, if you have both coupons, the transaction will go like this:

Box Huggies $19.99
-$3 CRT from CVS coupon printer
= $13.99
Receive $10 ECBs back for future transaction. Like paying $3.99 for a huge box of Huggies.
Woo-hooo!!!!!!!

If you have any questions, let me know. I will post a reminder on June 19th as well so no one forgets. :)

CVS: $4/20 coupon and weekly deals 05/16-05/21

Sign up HERE for CVS e-mails and within 24 hours, they will send you a $4/20 coupon. After that, you will receive weekly e-mails with specials/coupons. You can unsubscribe at anytime, but I wouldn't because they send great deals!

I have been "CVSing" for over 2 years now and have saved lots and lots of money! If you want to learn more about what CVSing is and how to do it, head over iHeartCVS: CVS for newbies to read all about it.

There is a full list of CVS deals (starting today) HERE. I shop at CVS every single Sunday, first and foremost so I can use my Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) to buy my newspapers. I always buy 3 newspapers (Orlando Sentinel not FL Today because OS has better coupons).

Another CVS tip is to always scan your card at the coupon/price scanner when you go in the store (usually found right by the front entrance) for coupons on CRTs (cash register tape)

So, here is my plan for tomorrow and then you can hop on over to the list of weekly deals to come up with your own plan.

3 newspapers $4.50
Blade 5 razor system $6.99 get $6.99 ECBs
2 Herbal Essences (1 shampoo/1 conditioner) $5.98 (2.99 ea.) get $4 ECBs
2 packs of Orbitz gum $2.59 ish

Total: $20.03
Use 2 $1/1 Herbal Essences 5/16 RP
Use BOGO Orbitz gum CRT that printed weeks ago
= 13.00 (approx.)
Use ECBs from prior visits and receive 10.99 ECBs for next week!
So, the whole transaction only "cost me" $1.01 but it didn't really because I used ECBs to pay and I got all that stuff too. Hence, why I heart CVS. :)

CVS: TWO FREE Kodak Picture Movie DVDs

** Kodak coupon is currently not printing, but check back at the link below later to see if they have corrected the issue. I will update if I find that it is working again.

For those who know me well, you know that CVS is my favorite store...EVER. This is one of the reasons why.

From April 25-May 1 Buy 2 Kodak Picture Movie DVDs and get them Buy One, Get One FREE. PLUS, use this coupon as well to get them both for absolutely free.

I have made these DVDs before (bring in a zip drive or a CD of pics or your camera's SD card to the store with you to make your DVD). My kids will watch them over and over and over because it is all pictures of them and our family set to a great song and they LOVE them. This seriously would make an amazing Mother's Day Present. :)

CVS: FREE photo magnet

Sorry for my lack of posting yesterday! Busy, busy day. Matt took the boys camping which lasted all of 6 hours, but hey, it was an adventure! They all had fun and I got to get my car washed, the entire house cleaned and go to dinner and a movie with some girlfriends. Overall success in my eyes!

Anyway, I found a great deal just now that I completed to ensure it really worked. You can get a FREE CVS photo magnet when you have delivered to the store. This is how:

1. Go to CVS Photo

2. Click on 4 x 6 magnet for $6.99

3. Create your magnet-upload picture, etc. and at the very last window it will have a space to enter a code. Enter FREE4MOM to get your magnet for free!

Don't forget to choose to pick it up at your local store to avoid a shipping cost. Also, it will show that a fee will be processed because you are under $5 but in the end the total truly is $0!
